Today, we continue to dismantle the old exterior tiles, collect and remove construction debris to the container. ✅ We are completing the complete cleaning of the terrace with an area of 95 m². The next step is to prepare the base for the new waterproofing to permanently solve the problem of leaks into the room under the terrace. Reached the finish line for concrete works!

We formed the correct slope and performed everything in accordance with the requirements of the customer. After the concrete is completely dry, we will make the final grinding of the surface. At this point, the concrete stage will be completed, but the work on the facility continues. The next step is to prepare and paint the surface. Today we go to the finish line along the concrete pouring. They began to do the main and most important part — to form a slope. It depends on it how the water will leave in the future and how well the entire surface will work. The base has already been sketched, now we gradually display the necessary marks, check the level and control each section. The work is painstaking, but the result is already beginning to be clearly visible. There is very little left — we finish everything and get the finished surface.

Work continues

Today, we again worked closely with concrete — 10 tons were poured in one day. The work is really difficult, it requires strength, experience and full concentration at every stage, but we are professionals and always bring the work to the end. It is especially important not to rush here: this concrete will be painted in the future, so the quality of the base is of fundamental importance. Each stage is performed carefully and correctly in order to obtain a smooth, durable and high-quality surface, which will be fully ready for further work. It is important for us not just to complete the volume, but to do the work so that the result will please for many years. Let's move on!

The work is in full swing.

The day really turned out to be productive today with well advanced concrete works. First of all, they laid the reinforced mesh, after which they made accurate markings for the future concrete pouring. Everything was prepared and checked before proceeding directly to concreting. As a result, about 3 cubes of concrete were poured with a layer of 10 centimeters. When performing the work, all the necessary technical requirements were observed: the base was properly prepared, the required layer thickness was maintained and special attention was paid to the slope. It is necessary for the normal drainage of water so that it does not stagnate on the surface in the future. At first glance, concrete pouring may seem like a simple job, but it is on proper preparation and compliance with the technology that depends on how long the finished coating will last. Therefore, we try not to rush and do everything qualitatively from the markup to the filling itself. Today we have done the main part of the work, then we let the concrete gain strength and move on to the next stage. Let's move on!

Work continues

Monday turned out to be productive and full of work tasks. We delivered the missing materials — today we received 15 tons of gravel and sand. This allowed us to continue the preparation of the site and move on to the next important stage of work. We carried out all the necessary preparatory work: we compacted the site to the required level, cut off the excess part of the partition base and made accurate markings for the subsequent pouring of concrete. Each stage of preparation is important, since the further result depends on the quality of the work performed. Therefore, before pouring concrete, we carefully check the base and bring the site to the required condition. An important stage awaits us tomorrow — we begin pouring concrete. When performing these works, it is necessary to observe the technology and the correct sequence so that the concrete turns out to be durable and does not crack over time. The work continues. New Project

Today we went to a new facility. The previous team quit halfway and left. We can't do that. Our golden rule is simple: let's start — let's finish. There is a lot of work ahead, but we will cope. Today, a part of the material was brought — 20 tons of sand with crushed stone to raise the level. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough. It's okay: new deliveries will be on Monday. At the same time, we broke the old asphalt in the flowerbeds — we are preparing a place for new trees. They worked with three tools: two perforators and a sledgehammer. The guys are in good physical shape, so it was not much work, although the day turned out to be hard. The most time-consuming stage was closed today. It will be easier from Monday. The goal is the same — so that at the end the customer says "wow".
